Java link don't work for me

Any webadmins here, I have a problem on my website.
None of my javascript links work, if there's a birthday, I cannot see it, if there's a guest, I cannot track it, if there's a poll, I cannot see the voters. Major f*ck up. (It seems to be anything with the javascript:popWindow() command)

Perhaps anyone can help me...

Can anybody help me with my Javascript problem?
There's been a guest on my site for God-knows how long, and I want to see what the hell is going on!
And assistants can have admin privvy (if I think them trusty), yeah I'm fracking desperate now!

We tried it, didn't exactly work, but we'll get it
